Although grade school athletics is the most competitive level our athletes can compete at within the community, success is more than about just wins and loses. It’s about developing successful individuals who grow to achieve greatness as both an individual and a teammate. Athletes are role models, especially to young people, and because of this we have tremendous impact on the lives of others. As role models, there are certain values and character traits that will be developed within each of us, players and coaches included. Among those traits are a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, commitment, self-confidence and a concept of team. These values and traits will help build success in athletics and in life itself. It all starts with the Coach. We want Coaches who will translate these things to the lives of our participants. Are you that Coach?
